The EU Humanitarian Partnership 2021-2027
eLearning course to support candidate NGOs in dealing with the steps of the ex-ante assessment and familiarise with the DG ECHO partnership certificate 2021.
Course Description
The Framework Partnership Agreement - FPA 2014, covered the period 2014-2020, therefore from the 1st of January 2021, a new set of documents will enter into force covering the period 2021-2027.
The logic of pre-identification of NGO Partners, the partnership spirit and the overall reference framework (humanitarian principles, EU policy principles, minimum standards for the preparation and implementation of actions, etc.) remain unchanged, although expressed in a different form, which we will analyse in this eLearning.

To support candidate NGOs in dealing with the steps of the ex-ante assessment and familiarise with the DG ECHO partnership certificate 2021.
