Working with the EU as a Pillars Assessed Organisation
Pillar-Assessed Organisations, such as UN Agencies, Member States Specialised Agencies, International Organisations that wish to apply for EU funding or manage an EU-funded project must follow a specific set of rules and work, in most of the cases, under the so-called indirect management modality.
Being a Pillar-Assessed Organisation means that your internal rules and procedures are considered compliant with international standards and equivalent to those of the EU. For this reason, the EU can entrust you with its budget implementation tasks and accepts the application of your internal rules and procedures, for example, for what concerns procurement and sub-granting to third parties.
If you wish to know more about the collaboration between the EU and Pillar-Assessed Organisations, the PuntoSud Academy can offer the following learning opportunities which are the result of a long-lasting collaboration with many of these organisations.
If you are looking for something more specific, do not hesitate to contact us. We will be more than happy to adapt the learning experience to your needs.
