Strategic engagement with EU Delegations: a practical guide for NGOs
eLearning course designed to guide NGO managers, project coordinators, and resource mobilisation officers through navigating EU Delegations, aligning with country priorities, and building lasting funding partnerships.
Course Description
Are you ready to unlock the potential of EU international cooperation funding for your NGO? - Examine the institutional structure, dual diplomatic-programmatic role, and decentralized funding authority of EU Delegations in partner countries.
- Utilize key strategic documents, including Multi-Annual Indicative Programmes (MIPs) and Civil Society Roadmaps, to identify local entry points.
- Develop high-impact institutional profiles and targeted two-page concept notes that demonstrate clear alignment with EUD priorities.
- Execute a structured, six-step engagement strategy to connect with key focal points, conduct professional meetings, and sustain long-term visibility.
