This focused course guides grant applicants, project directors, and compliance officers through the critical aspects of technical, legal, and financial compliance under the latest PRAG regulations. You will learn how to navigate digital grant systems, structure your consortium correctly, fulfil legal and ethical obligations, and ensure strategic financial planning and management. Through practical guidance, clear step-by-step processes, and interactive assessments, you will gain the expertise needed to avoid common administrative pitfalls, protect your organisation from financial penalties, and confidently submit EU grant proposals that meet every compliance benchmark.

By the end of the course, you will be able to:
- Navigate digital grant portals (PADOR, PROSPECT, PIC) effectively and perform essential pre-submission technical checks to prevent administrative exclusion.
- Distinguish the legal roles and responsibilities of consortium actors and verify pre-existing structural links and eligibility for NGOs, CSOs, and International Organisations.
- Apply mandatory legal, ethical, and operational safeguards, including SEA-H self-evaluations, sanctions screening, EDES risk mitigation, and audit/verification thresholds.
- Interpret PRAG financial compliance rules to structure auditable proposal budgets covering direct personnel costs, project office apportionment keys, sub-granting (FSTP), and indirect costs.

The eLearning lasts approximately 60 minutes. It is composed as follows:
- Four interactive modules: you can follow the course at your own pace on your computer, tablet or mobile phone. The course will include reading texts, watching short videos, interactive exercises and hypothetical scenarios.
- Additional learning material: you will be able to download additional reading materials and documents.
- Forum: you will be able to communicate with the trainers, post questions and share information and best practices with other participants.
- Final tasks: you are encouraged to fill out the evaluation form.
This eLearning is designed for staff of NGOs, CSOs, and other entities applying for EU grants and managing EU-funded projects under PRAG rules.
You will need access to a computer, tablet or mobile phone with an Internet connection.
All learning materials must be completed within 30 days of first access.
Once you have completed all the training material and passed the exit test, your certificate of attendance will be available to download from the learning platform. The certificate are always available in your profile page with historical data of all punto.sud Academy courses you’ve attended.
