PRAG - Version June 2022
A new version of the PRAG has been published on the 24th of June. The changes are very few. You can have a quick overview in the "Matrix of changes" that you find on this page.
The main changes refer to Visibility. Indeed, the Article 6 now states that the coordinator should submit the Communication and Visibility plan and report on its implementation only upon request of the European Commission.
Also the Annex K on Simplified Costs has been slightly modified by deleting the entire paragraph 2 "Provisions applicable to both output and result based SCOs and other SCOs".

The European Voluntary Humanitarian Aid Corps, has started and the PuntoSud Academy is part of the consortium which is in charge of the design and delivery of a comprehensive learning program for prospective volunteers.

New Guidance on DG ECHO Programmatic Partnership
DG ECHO will proceed with the roll out of the Programmatic Partnerships in 2023 by mainstreaming the model in geographic Humanitarian Implementation Plans (HIPs). A general guidance for partners has been developed.
