NDICI - Global Europe - Information conference
On the 2nd of March 2022, the DG INTPA - Unit D.3 - organised a conference where following aspects of the NDICI - Global Europe instrument have been explained:
- Policy context, objective, novelty, priorities, structure, content;
- Implementation (programming and executive implementation).
The recording provides an overview of the framework in which the EU develops partnerships with the rest of the world, the scope and objectives of the instrument as well as the different processes of implementation, most notably programming.
This should enable to better identify opportunities in each context of action.

New Guidance on DG ECHO Programmatic Partnership
DG ECHO will proceed with the roll out of the Programmatic Partnerships in 2023 by mainstreaming the model in geographic Humanitarian Implementation Plans (HIPs). A general guidance for partners has been developed.
