Funding & Tenders Portal has been updated for the publications of calls for proposals for EU External Action grants

From mid-March 2023, to align with the common corporate solution of a single entry point for all EU external partners, the corporate and external Funding & Tenders Portal has been updated for the publications of calls for proposals for EU External Action grants.

This implies that both Economic Operators (for tenders) and potential candidates/applicants (for calls for proposals for grants) can search for calls for EU External Actions in the Funding & Tenders Portal.

This portal is a part of the OPSYS Ecosystem.

From now onwards, all new calls for proposals will be published on the Funding & Tenders Portal in addition to the old portals. All the previous calls already published will not be affected.

In practical terms, this means you can search for new call for proposals on: 

• the DG INTPA Publications website (former EuropeAid)
• directly in e-Calls PROSPECT if the organization is registered in e-Calls PADOR, 
• You can search directly in the OPSYS ecosystem on the Funding & Tenders Portal.

Please note that after a short transition period, the old portals will gradually be phased out and applicants will only be able to search and apply through the Funding & Tenders Portal.

The Funding & Tenders Portal:

Once on the “Search Funding & Tenders” page, you will need to select “Grants” and the programme “EU External Action (RELEX)” from the left menu to filter for calls for proposals under EU external action, and use the filter by keyword(s) or other filters to limit the search results.

Upon clicking on the title of the call in the search results, you will be redirected to the details page in order to start the application submission in PROSPECT, as usual.
