The Helpdesk email mailboxes ensures continuous, rapid and comprehensive answers to questions related to the day-to-day management of EC-funded projects and EU specific Agreements posed by NGOs’ and IOs’ staff, UN Organisations, Member States’ National Agencies and other Pillar Assessed Organisations. 


Answers provided are based on the information contained in the official documents of the European Commission, training materials and website content, including FAQs.


Since 2008 the Academy is running two helpdesks: one is delivered to DG ECHO Partners on behalf of the European Commission within the DG ECHO Framework Contract; the EuropeAid Helpdesk is provided throughout the PuntoSud Academy EU Grants Learning HUB on DG DEVCO and DG NEAR contractual obligation issues.


If you work for an NGO, an IO or a Pillar Assessed Organisation, don’t waste your time, access the HUB and use our dedicated helpdesk for questions related to the day-to-day management of EU-funded projects.
