Course Description

This intensive 3-day workshop provides participants with the expertise needed to design, write, and submit successful project proposals for EU grants under the PRAG 2021 framework. With a practical, hands-on approach, the course features a comprehensive case study that walks participants through the entire application process. You will learn to navigate EU programming documents, create logical frameworks aligned with OPSYS standards, draft compelling concept notes and full applications, and prepare compliant budgets. Enhance your ability to secure funding from DG INTPA, DG NEAR by building strong relationships with EU Delegations and the European Commission (EC).

  • Execute the critical stages of the EU grant application process, including concept notes and full applications.

Course structure and timing

The course is structured in 3 days of 7 hours of face-to-face sessions combined with self-learning. The total time to complete the course is approximately 23h45m:

 

  • Preliminary tasks – 1 hour – you will be asked to introduce yourself, complete the survey on training expectations and go through some preliminary training materials.

 

  • Live sessions – 21 hours – 3 sessions of 7 hours each - the sessions will be facilitated by PuntoSud experts and they include lectures, plenary and group discussions, group work, quizzes.

 

  • Additional learning material – 1h30m, you will have at your disposal additional readings and documents that you can study at your own pace.

 

  • Forum discussion – you can ask questions and share relevant information with the trainers and the other participants after the training.

 

  • Final tasks – 15 mins – complete the exit test and fill out the evaluation form.

How long you will have access to training material

All the material will be available 7 calendar days before the starting date and until 30 calendar days after the end of the last training session.

Certificate of attendance

Once you have completed all the training material and passed the exit test, your certificate of attendance for each specific course will be available to download from the learning platform.
