Course Description
The heart of this e-learning consists in one session dedicated to field audits and another one dedicated to HQ audits. DG ECHO partners will have the opportunity of listening to DG ECHO auditors answering any sort of practical questions related to HQ and field audits. Useful clarifications, examples and indications on best practices and available support material will allow ECHO partners to properly prepare and organize the documentation during the implementation phase.
Learning objectives
- Prepare for a field and HQs audit process and feel more comfortable in dealing with it;
- Properly apply the relevant rules and procedures during project implementation and reporting.
NGOs’ staff involved in the management of DG ECHO funded Actions. Administrative profiles, such as administrators and financial controllers involved in reporting are particularly invited to participate.
